India's only world champion badminton star P.V. Sindhu said it would be difficult to get the services of a foreign coach immediately after the situation created by the Koro epidemic subsides. In such a situation, the former players of India should come forward and take up this responsibility.
Sindhu said that if such a situation continues, foreign coaches do not seem to be available. However, India has many veteran players who can lend their skills as coaches to the country's players. He added that administrators need to keep an eye on all players' travels. The future of India's sports world depends on young executives.
Giving his own example, he added that when the Rio Olympics were about to begin, we had already relocated the academy. My mother resigned from her job. My father took a two-year leave. I got injured in 2012 and the challenge was to get out of it. I had to play 3 tournaments to qualify for the Olympics. I benefited from my father's resignation. They used to take me to the railway ground every day. Sindhu asked the young players to also focus on their studies.
