Delhi Capitals have beaten Kolkata Knight Riders by 18 runs in today's IPL match played in Sharjah. After losing the toss and opting to bat first, Delhi batted hard and scored 228 runs for the loss of 4 wickets in 20 overs. In response, Calcutta chased down the target and were bowled out for 210 in 20 overs.

Prithvi Shaw's brilliant start and later Shreyas Iyer's unbeaten 88 off 38 balls put Delhi on a massive 228, the highest score in the IPL. Rishabh Pant also scored 38 off 17 balls.
