Bangalore have won the IPL match between Calcutta and Bangalore by 8 wickets in Abu Dhabi. Bangalore chased down Calcutta's smallest 85-run target of the season in 13.3 overs. Bangalore scored 85-2 in 13.3 overs.

This was Bangalore's 7th win and it has reached the second position in terms of run rate on the points table with 14 points from 10 matches. This is Calcutta's 5th defeat and they are fourth in the points table with 10 points from 10 matches.

The 39th match of IPL 2020 between Kolkata Knight Riders and Royal Challengers Bangalore in Abu Dhabi saw Calcutta's poor performance. Here Calcutta gave the smallest target of the season.

Kolkata won the toss and elected to bat first but Bangalore were bowled out by the Calcutta batsmen against the bowlers and Calcutta could only manage 84 for 8 in 20 overs in the match.

Calcutta's 5 batsmen gathered in the single digit pavilion. For Kolkata, captain Owen Morgan top-scored with 30 runs. While Mohammad Siraj from Bangalore was 3 wickets faster giving only 8 runs. Apart from that, Chahal was quick for 2 wickets for 15 runs. Apart from that Navdeep Saini and Washington Sundar were quick 1-1 wickets.
