In the ongoing IPL match between Delhi Capitals and Royal Challengers Bangalore in Abu Dhabi, Delhi Capitals defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore by 6 wickets.

With this victory of Delhi, Delhi has come second in the points table and Bangalore team has come third. Both teams have managed to reach the playoffs.

Delhi won the toss and elected to bowl in the 55th match of IPL 2020 between Delhi Capitals and Royal Challengers Bangalore at Abu Dhabi. After which the batting team Bangalore scored 152 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in the allotted 20 overs.

For Bangalore, Devdutt Padikkal scored 50, AB de Villiers 35 and Virat Kohli 29 runs. For Delhi, Enrich Nortje took 3 wickets, Kagiso Rabada 2 wickets and Ravichandran Ashwin 1 wicket.

Devdutt scored 50 off 41 balls with the help of 5 fours, his fourth fifty in the league. Virat Kohli scored 29 off 24 balls with the help of 2 fours and 1 six. Also, Kohli-Devdutt shared a 57-run stand for the second wicket.

Chasing Bangalore's target, Delhi reached the target at a loss of 4 wickets in 19 overs. Prithvi Shaw was dismissed for 9 for Delhi but then Shikhar Dhawan and Ajinkya Rahane led their team to victory.

Shikhar Dhawan scored 54 and Ajinkya Rahane scored 60. After which Shreyas Iyer scored 7 runs, Rishabh Pant scored 8 not out and Stoinis scored 10 not out. For Bangalore, Shahbaz Ahmed took 2 wickets while Washington Sundar and Mohammad Siraj picked up 1-1 wickets.
