However, BJP's Shreyasi Singh, a woman MLA from Bihar, is an exception. She has won a gold medal in the double trap category at the 64th National Shooting Championship being played in Punjab. She has won gold at the national level for the second time in 10 days.
Shreyasi Singh is the daughter of former Union Minister and late leader Digvijay Singh and former MP Putul Devi and is also an international shooting player. She won a gold medal for India at the 2018 Commonwealth Games.
The people of his constituency are happy with the MLA's achievement. Shreyasi Singh has been congratulated by the Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar. Shreyasi Singh has also recently been made a member of the Central Executive of the Bharatiya Janata Party's youth front.
He also won a gold medal at the Online Asian Shooting Championships after becoming an MLA.
