Ranji Trophy: Uttarakhand beat Mumbai by 725 runs in Mumbai semi-final, world record for biggest win

Mumbai have set a world record for the most runs scored in a Ranji Trophy quarterfinal.

With the help of debut star Suved Parkar's 252, Sarfaz Khan's 153 and successful Jaiswal's century, Mumbai beat Uttarakhand by 725 runs.

For Mumbai, Shams Mulani took five wickets in the first innings and three in the second.

Mumbai also holds the record for most runs won in first-class cricket. The Mumbai team has won 41 Ranji Trophy titles so far. The last time Mumbai won was in the 2015-16 season.

Mumbai scored 647 in the first innings. Against him, Uttarakhand were all out for 114 in the first innings. Mumbai declared the innings at 261 in the second innings despite a huge lead. Uttarakhand were all out for 69 in the second innings.
