Pakistan captain Babar Azam has moved up to number three in the Test rankings released by the ICC. Babar is currently the only cricketer in the world who is present in the top-3 in all three formats. At No. 3 in Tests, the Pakistan captain is at No. 1 in ODIs and T20Is.

As far as the Test rankings are concerned, Joe Root is number one while Marnus Labuschran is number two. Australia's legendary player Steve Smith has suffered a loss and has now slipped to number four. Apart from this, Pakistan's new opener Abdullah Shafiq has also gained a lot in Test rankings. Abdullah Shafiq has moved up 23 places to number 16 in the Test rankings.
