Djokovic will lose the US Open due to not getting the Corona vaccine. Djokovic decided to withdraw before the US Open draw was held. Djokovic was not allowed to enter America because he was not vaccinated against Corona. Due to which he will not get to play in the final Grand Slam of the season to be held in New York. Serbia's former world number one tennis star Djokovic won the 21st Grand Slam of his career by winning the Wimbledon title this year. However, he is one title behind Nadal's record of 22 Grand Slam wins. Djokovic had a chance to equal Nadal's record in the US Open starting on August 29.
No foreigner is allowed to enter America without a Corona vaccine. The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention had earlier announced that they would relax mandatory vaccination rules for entry into the US. However, no announcement has been made regarding this yet. In addition, Djokovic was not exempted in special cases. Djokovic waited until last.
