Ahead of the Asia Cup 2022, Team India has suffered a major setback. After fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah, coach Rahul may also be out of the tournament. Because, Rahul Dravid has become corona positive. Team India is leaving for UAE today. The Asia Cup is going to start this Saturday i.e., from 27th August and India's match is on 28th.
Team India head coach Rahul Dravid was also on break after the recently ended series against West Indies. The team led by KL Rahul traveled to Zimbabwe to play the ODI series with National Cricket Academy (NCA) director VVS Laxman as the coach. KL Rahul and VVVS Laxman had a clean sweep against Zimbabwe.
The Asia Cup is starting from August 27 in the UAE. India's first match is against Pakistan on August 28. The match is at 7:30 PM IST.
