In the men's event of netball at the National Games, Gujarat's players had to face defeat in the semi-finals against Telangana despite a brilliant performance. Gujarat players fought till the end. However, Telangana defeated Gujarat with a score of 55-53. In this ongoing event in Bhavnagar, Gujarat and Delhi will compete for the bronze medal tomorrow.
Gold medal match will be played between Telangana and Haryana. Haryana won the other semi-final 56-51 after a draw against Delhi. The match between Gujarat and Delhi will be played from 9.00 am.
While the Punjab team will face Haryana in the women's netball competition. Haryana women's team won 55-46 against Karnataka. While the Punjab team defeated Bihar 51-49 in a thrilling match and entered the finals. Now Karnataka and Bihar will compete for the bronze medal. With this, the netball event will conclude tomorrow.
