The T20 World Cup has just started and Corona is starting to show its effect.
Today, before the match against Sri Lanka and Australia in Perth, Australia has received a big blow. The leg spinner of the OC team, Adam Zampa, has tested positive for Corona. The spokesperson of the team said that Zampa's health was not good and the Corona test was done and the report has come positive. Zampa did not show serious symptoms of Corona. However, there are chances that Zampa will not play in today's match.
If Zampa is included in the OC team's playing eleven, he will have to travel separately from the team and take care not to come in contact with the rest of the players and support staff.
According to the new rule made by the ICC, if a player is infected with the corona virus, he can play the match if he is fit to play the match based on the decision of the team doctor.
In Sunday's match against Sri Lanka, the Irish player entered the field despite having Corona.
