Ahead of the T20 World Cup clash between India and Pakistan today, the streets of Melbourne turned into a mini India.
About one lakh Indians have gathered in the stadium today to watch the match between India and Pakistan. Thousands of Indians have also arrived in Melbourne from other cities in Australia.
Before the match, thousands of Indian fans came out on the roads wearing the blue jersey of Team India. As a result, it seemed as if the match was being played in India and not in Melbourne.
Paintings of Indian cricketers have also been painted on the walls on the streets of Melbourne. The Melbourne city government itself has noted the Indian atmosphere in Melbourne.
From the official account of the city of Melbourne, pictures of the cricket fever in Melbourne have been posted. In which it looks like a sea of brown color is waving on the roads.
The city administration has also invited Kohli, Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya for a photo shoot. However, this does not seem possible considering the schedule of Team India.
