Chennai Super Kings vs Sunrisers Hyderabad match was played yesterday in IPL 2023. In this match, Chennai won by 7 wickets against Hyderabad. Seeing the love and support received by Chennai fans, Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni got emotional and even hinted to retire from IPL.

This is the final camp of my career. I feel good playing here. Viewers have given us a lot of love. Dhoni further said that he is not getting many chances to bat but I have no complaints about that. Here I was hesitant about the first fielding as I thought the field would not have much dew. Our spinners and fast bowlers bowled well.
Batsmen responsible for Hyderabad's defeat - Markram
Sunrisers Hyderabad captain Aiden Markram blamed the batsmen for the defeat. He said that losing is never good but the batsmen disappointed. We could not build a good partnership. A score of 130 on this wicket was not good. He further said that our team needed to score 160 runs.
Chennai Super Kings finished third in the points table
Chennai Super Kings beat Sunrisers Hyderabad by seven wickets with the help of Devon Conway's unbeaten 77 off 57 balls after a brilliant performance by Ravindra Jadeja. Batting first, Sunrisers Hyderabad could score only 134 runs for the loss of seven wickets. In response to this, Chennai Super Kings scored 138 runs for the loss of three wickets. With this win, the Chennai team has reached the third position in the IPL 2023 points table.
