Mumbai: ICC and BCCI have announced the program of the ODI World Cup, which has been waiting for a long time. Ten teams namely India, England, Australia, Pakistan, Afghanistan, New Zealand, South Africa, Bangladesh and two qualifier teams will participate in this World Cup starting from October 5. That means the place will be decided from the six teams like Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe and West Indies who are still playing the qualifiers.

The most mega match of this World Cup will naturally be between India and Pakistan which will be held on 15th October in Ahmedabad. Coincidentally, on that day itself, the first Navratri will be the occasion of the festival. The day-night match will start from 2.00 pm. Even if there is another possible match between India and Pakistan, it will be in Ahmedabad as the final is to be played in Ahmedabad on November 19.

If we look at India's matches, its World Cup matches are on October 8, 11, 15, 19, 22, 29, November 2, 5 and November 11 against Australia, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, New Zealand, England, Qualifier Two, South Africa and Qualifier One respectively. will play India's nine matches will be played in Chennai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Pune, Dharamsala, Lucknow, Mumbai, Kolkata and Bangalore. Rajkot has not been allotted a single match.
