VIDEO: Demonstrator enters the field to deface the pitch during the Ashes Test, England player is picked up and taken out

Currently, the second Test match of the Ashes series is being played between England and Australia. This match is being played at Lord's Stadium in London. However, commotion has been seen on the ground on the first day of the match itself.

During an ongoing match, a protester entered the field directly, due to which the match was stopped. The demonstrator carried something orange colored in his hand. The demonstrator came running fast to spoil the pitch. However, England's star player Jonny Bairstow immediately stopped the demonstrator from spoiling the pitch and picked him up and kicked him out. As soon as the incident took place, the security personnel also rushed to the ground and removed the protester from the ground.

In the meantime, Bairstow's clothes were damaged by a lunge brought by the protester, due to which Bairstow immediately went off the field to the dressing room and returned to the field in a change of team-shirt.
