In the Emerging Asia Cup 2023 being played in Sri Lanka, India-A team's excellent performance continued in the semi-final match as well. Indian team has reached the final by winning this match against Bangladesh-A team by 51 runs. India-A team will face Pakistan-A team in the final match of Emerging Asia Cup 2023. The final match will be played tomorrow at the R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo.
Yash Dhul's fifty in the semi-final against Bangladesh
In the semi-final match, the India-A team was bowled out for only 211 runs after batting first. Captain Yash Dhul played the highest innings of 66 runs. In response, the Bangladesh team got off to a great start and did not lose a single wicket in 70 runs. After this, the Indian team returned to the match and bowled Bangladesh all out with a score of 160 runs.
A heated argument between Harshit Rana and Soumya Sarkar
During Bangladesh's innings, there was a heated exchange between senior player Soumya Sarkar, who has played international cricket for the team, and Indian player Harshit Rana. Harshit Rana celebrated his wicket aggressively when Soumya Sarkar was caught in the slips. The government did not like this at all and a discussion started between the two.
