Virat also completed 2000 runs in the World Test Championship during this innings. Apart from Virat, Rohit Sharma is the only Indian batsman who has been able to do this. Yashaswi-Rohit made a record breaking partnership
West Indies captain Craig Braithwaite won the toss and decided to bat first. This decision of his proved to be fatal for the West Indies team.
