Sreesanth once again in Sapadayo controversy, Kerala police registers cheating case against ex-cricketer

S Sreesanth Cheating Case : The former fast bowler of Indian cricket team S Sreesanth is once again involved in controversies. This time he is accused of cheating. Police have registered a case against Sreesanth in Kerala. Along with Sreesanth, the names of his two close friends are also included in it. A case has been registered by the police based on a complaint of fraud lodged by a person in Kerala district.

Along with Sreesanth, his friends took lakhs of rupees

The complainant, Sarish Gopalan, has alleged that accused Rajeev Kumar and Venkatesh Kini took Rs 18.70 lakh from Sreesanth on different dates from April 25, 2019, claiming to form a sports academy with him. The academy was to be built in Kollur district of Karnataka.

Sarish was offered to be a partner in the academy

Sarish in his complaint stated that he was offered to become a partner of the academy, for which he invested money. A complaint has been registered against S Sreesanth and two others in this case. Sreesanth has been named as the third accused in the case.
