Star Indian cricketer Ishan Kishan has been in the limelight for the past two months. Kishan has been away from the cricket field since returning home after taking a break from the South Africa tour. Meanwhile, Indian cricket team coach Rahul Dravid advised Kishan to play domestic cricket to make a comeback.

Apart from this, the BCCI has made it mandatory for players with central contracts to play red ball cricket in the domestic circuit. Despite these major changes, Ishan Kishan is not playing the Ranji Trophy for Jharkhand this season.

Now a video has surfaced on social media in which Ishaan Kishan is seen with Hardik Pandya. In this video, both the cricketers are seen working hard in the gym.

In the video, both the cricketers are seen talking about exercise. Hardik Pandya asks Ishaan Kishan, what is the most you can do, to which Ishaan Kishan replies. Meanwhile, BCCI secretary Jai Shah on the eve of the Rajkot Test urged all centrally contracted cricketers to play red-ball cricket for their state teams at the request of the coach or captain.

Shah clarified that this rule applies to all players who are not part of the national team, including Kishan. Jai Shah made it clear that no excuses would be tolerated.

Shah further said, 'If the selector, coach and captain want you to play red ball cricket, then you have to play. Regarding Ishan Kishan, I would like to clarify that this rule is not meant only for Ishan Kishan but applies equally to every player.
