Fastest T20I Century : In the T20I tri-series being played in Nepal, Namibian batsman Nicole Lofty Eaton created history by scoring a century in just 33 balls against Nepal. He became the fastest batsman to score a century in T20Is. He has broken the record of Nepal cricketer Kushal Malla. Kushal Malla scored a 34-ball century against Mongolia in the Asian Games last year. John Nicoll Lofty Eaton scored 101 runs off 36 balls with the help of 11 fours and 8 sixes. With the help of his innings, Namibia scored 206 runs for 4 wickets in 20 overs.

Seventh batsman to score a century in less than 40 balls

Nicol Lofty Eaton became the seventh batsman to score a century in less than 40 balls in T20Is. Kushal Malla broke the records of South African legend David Miller, Indian team captain Rohit Sharma and Czech Republic's Sudesh Wickramasekara by scoring a century at the Asian Games last year. They scored a century in 35 balls each.

Along with Nepal and Namibia, the Netherlands is also part of the Nepal T20I tri-series. Each team will play 2-2 matches against each other before the finals. A total of 6 matches will be played before the final. The series started from February 27 and will continue till March 5. Consecutive matches will be played from February 27 to March 3. There will be no match on March 4. There will be a one-day break before the final.
