Ranji Trophy 2023-24 Finalist : The Mumbai team has made it to the finals of the Ranji Trophy. Mumbai have made it to the final of the Ranji Trophy for a record 48th time. Under the leadership of Ajinkya Rahane, Mumbai beat Tamil Nadu by an innings and 70 runs in the semi-finals. Mumbai won 5 out of 7 matches in the group stage. Apart from this they lost 1 match and 1 match ended in draw.

Shardul becomes 'Player of the Match'

With the loss of Tamil Nadu, the Mumbai team entered the final and Shardul Thakur's all-round performance played a major role in the team's victory.
