Legendary Jamaican athlete Usain Bolt has contracted a corona and will now be in self-isolation. Bolt tested the Covid-17 two days ago, with a positive result on Sunday.
Notably, Bolt celebrated his 7th birthday on August 21. No one at Bolt's party, including him, wore a mask and social distance was not observed. His birthday party was attended by celebrities like cricketer Chris Gayle, footballer Rahim Stirling etc.
A large number of people were present at Bolt's outdoor birthday party and they sang and danced close to each other. The video, which went viral on social media, shows all the lockdown songs at Bolt's party.
Bolt, who has won eight Olympic gold medals, shared a picture with his daughter on social media and wrote, "This birthday was the best birthday ever." This is the second case of corona infection affecting a top player in the sport. Earlier, Serbia's world number one tennis star Djokovic has also successfully fought against Corona.
