He further said that he would make the official announcement at a press conference on Thursday, March 24.
Ashley Barty, 25, shared a video message on Instagram, saying, "Today is a difficult and emotional day for me as I announce my retirement from professional tennis. I did not know how to share this news with you, so I asked my good friend Casadelequa to help.
"I am very grateful to have given my all to this game," he wrote. I'm proud Thanks to everyone who accompanied me on this journey, I will always be grateful for the memorable moments we have created together. ' Three-time Grand Slam champion Ashley Barty is from Australia. She won the women's singles title at the Australian Open the same year.
Barty is the 1-1 champion of the Australian Open, French Open and Wimbledon. She won the French Open in 2019, followed by Wimbledon in 2021 and the Australian Open in 2022. He also represented Australia in the Olympic Games.
