Although India had to face a defeat at the hands of Pakistan in the second match of the T20 Asia Cup, former Pakistan captain and all-rounder Shahidi Afridi feels that Pakistan's team is still lacking.
Shahidi Afridi said on Pakistani TV channel that we have Asif Ali and Khushdil Shah as match finishers but these are players who cannot be trusted. There is no consistency in their performance.
Afridi said that Pakistan needs a player like India's Hardik Pandya. Who can be trusted. Pakistan need a player like Hardik who can bat at lower order and win matches and also take wickets in bowling.
Afridi said that we don't have a player like Hardik in the lower order right now. We can only hope that Asif and Khushdil play like Hardik but it is difficult to say whether they will succeed.
Hardik Pandya played an important role in India's victory against Pakistan in the first match of the Asia Cup by scoring 33 runs off 17 balls.
