Ashwin finished fourth in bowling, second in all-rounders
Ashwin, who was man of the match in the second Test against Bangladesh at Mirpur, has moved up one place in the latest bowling rankings to join fellow batsman Jasprit Bumrah at fourth place. On the other hand, he has benefited a lot in the list of all-rounders. He reached the second position in the all-rounder's ranking. Ravindra Jadeja is number one in this list. Ashwin has also gained in the rankings of Test batsmen. In this list, Ashwin has gained three places and now he has reached the 84th position. Ashwin performed very well in batting and bowling against Bangladesh. Ashwin took 6 wickets in the second match and also scored 42 runs. It was because of this performance that India won.

The rankings of Shreyas Iyer and Umesh Yadav also improved
India's star batsman Shreyas Iyer has also made a leap in Test batting rankings. Iyer jumped 10 places overall to 16th in the list of Test batsmen. Iyer has a total of 666 rating points. Apart from this, veteran fast bowler Umesh Yadav was another Indian player who made a jump in the recent rankings. He has moved up five places to 33rd in the bowlers' list. While among the all-rounders, he has jumped three places and reached the 48th position. Yadav took a total of five wickets in the second Test against Bangladesh.
