Asian Para Games 2023 : Indian athletes have won 100th medal in Asian Para Games 2023 with great performance. Dilip Gavit has won the gold medal for India in the 400m race event. With this victory, the number of medals of India (India win 100th Medal In Asian Para Games 2023) has reached 100. Suyyash Jadhav has won the 99th men's butterfly swimming for India. Dharamraj Solairaj won 98th medal and 25th gold medal for India. Earlier India has won 3 gold and 2 silver medals in badminton. India has won 25 gold medals out of 100 medals.
Indian athletes continue to perform brilliantly
India won a total of 92 medals till the fifth day at the Asian Para Games 2023. Earlier on the fourth day, India had 82 medals in its account. Sheetal Devi won gold medal in archery yesterday. Then Raman Sharma won gold medal for India in 1500m race. Pramod Bhagat won the gold medal in men's singles badminton. Murugeshan also won a gold medal in badminton. Rakesh Kumar won silver in archery and Suhas LY won gold in men's singles. India also won a gold medal in badminton men's doubles.
India in top-10 for first time in Asian Para Games
Indian athletes won a total of 82 medals till the fourth day in the Asian Para Games 2023. This was India's best ever performance as India had previously won the highest number of medals in the Asian Para Games with 73 medals. Till Thursday, Indian athletes had won 18 gold medals, 23 silver medals and 41 bronze medals. Also, India has reached the sixth position in the medal table. It is also the first time that India has placed in the top 10 in the Asian Para Games medal table.
