Azam Khan Fined For Using Palestine Flag : In the recently played National T20 Cup in Pakistan, wicketkeeper batsman Azam Khan was fined 50 percent of the match fee for putting the Palestine flag on his bat, but now the Pakistan Cricket Board has removed this fine. A press release from the PCB regarding the lifting of the fine on Azam Khan said, "The match officials imposed a fine of 50 percent of the match fee on Azam Khan, which has been withdrawn by the PCB."

According to Pakistani media reports, Azam Khan had pasted a Palestinian flag sticker on his bat in the last two matches before Sunday's match against Lahore but was not warned by the match officials. According to the ICC Code of Conduct, "Players cannot display any kind of message that endorses any political, religious or ethnic activities etc."
