Rohit Sharma And Mohammed Nabi In Heated Exchange : The final match of the T20I series played between India and Afghanistan yesterday was exciting. Batting first, the Indian team managed to reach the score of 212 runs due to Rohit Sharma's brilliant innings of 121 runs. In reply, Afghanistan team managed to score 212 runs due to Gubdin Naib's fifty and the match was tied. India won the second super over but during this super over there was a fierce brawl between Rohit Sharma and Mohammad Nabi.
A fight broke out between Rohit Sharma and Mohammad Nabi
The first super over was given to Mukesh Sharma. During Afghanistan's batting, there was chaos on the last ball of Mukesh Sharma's over. Wicketkeeper Sanju Samson threw and the ball hit Mohammad Nabi to Virat Kohli who was fielding at long-on. Meanwhile, Nabi ran for 2 runs off the over-throw and took the total to 16 runs in the super over. Rohit Sharma was not happy with Nabi's decision to take 2 runs. Because the ball collided with the Afghanistan batsman. Before the brawl with Mohammad Nabi, Rohit had an argument with the umpire.
Virat Kohli is also unhappy
The umpires could not do anything to calm Rohit Sharma as the 2 extra runs taken by Afghanistan were as per the rules of the game. Virat Kohli did not look happy as Rohit Sharma continued to argue with Mohammad Nabi. Rohit Sharma and Yashaswi Jaiswal came out to bat in the first super over from India. When India needed 2 runs in 1 ball, Rohit Sharma decided to retire and Rinku Singh came to bat in his place. Rinku Singh helped India tie the first super over.
Ravi Bishnoi leads India to victory in the second Super Over
In the third match, the controversy increased when Rohit Sharma came back to bat in the second super over. Because according to the rules, a batsman who bats in the first super over cannot bat in the second super over. However, the match referee clarified that Rohit could bat as he was not dismissed in the first super over. India scored 11 runs in the final super. Eventually everything turned out well for Rohit Sharma as Ravi Bishnoi took 2 wickets for just 1 run in the second super over for India to lead India to victory.
